These policies govern your use of Waylore self-guided audio tours. They apply from the moment you redeem or purchase access.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
Before activation
A 100% refund is permitted if you have not opened your unique tour access link or downloaded the tour files. Contact us at info@waylore.org with your booking reference.
After activation
Once you open the tour player or download tour audio and images, the digital product is considered fully consumed. No refunds will be issued unless a persistent, unresolvable technical platform failure is verified by our support team.
Real-World Liability & Safety Disclaimer
Pedestrian safety
You must obey all local traffic laws, pedestrian signals, and signs. Personal safety takes absolute priority over audio instructions. Do not look at your screen while crossing streets. If you feel disoriented, step to the side of the pavement and pause the audio.
Route conditions
Waylore does not own or control public spaces. We are not liable for road closures, construction, weather disruptions, or unexpected business closures along the route.
Assumption of risk
You take the tour entirely at your own physical, legal, and financial risk.
Hardware, Data & Flexibility Policy
Device requirements
You are entirely responsible for providing your own compatible smartphone, functioning headphones, and adequate battery charge.
Data & download
We strongly advise you to download the tour completely over a Wi-Fi network before arriving at the starting location to avoid data roaming charges or cellular blackouts.
Flexibility
Tours are 100% self-paced and valid for a long-term window from purchase. If weather or plans change, you can take the tour at a later time without needing to request a cancellation.
Privacy & GPS Location Policy
Data usage
The platform requests access to your device's GPS location services. This data is processed in real time solely to track route progress and trigger audio stops.
Data retention
Location data is processed locally on your device. The platform does not track location in the background when closed, nor do we store, share, or sell your movement history.
