Tours run in light weather. If conditions force a reschedule, we email you 2 hours ahead and refund or rebook.

An in-tour assistant you can ask questions of along the way. It uses only the approved tour content as its source of truth and will tell you when it isn't sure.

No. The system is instructed to only use approved content, hedge when unsure, and remind you that real-world conditions take precedence.
